HM has the right to decline any commission without any reason given.

Provide as much information about your commission as possible, providing reference sheets are highly recommended.

Edits of ANY sorts are forbidden.

You must pay the full price of the commission before it is started.

Payments are made over PayPal and in USD only.

Depending on real life situation/condition your commission can be finished faster or slower.

Estimated time of completion is usually 1 or 2 weeks after payment is received. Longest estimated wait can go up to 3 - 4 weeks.

Commission order isn't always the same, it may vary according to complexity.

HM will send sketch(s) asking if you want any modifications to be applied before the painting process.

Edits and changes are only available if something from your original concept has been forgotten (missing marking or small accessories).

To avoid additional charges due to modification, please be specific about what you want your commission to be. Any changes after the coloring state will be charged.

For any major changes such as character pose or even starting all over again, you will be charged.
